The purpose of the HC is to oversee the management of the property owned by the Phi Kappa Upsilon fraternity and to do all acts necessary and incidental thereof. This includes but is not limited to the oversight of:
1. Safety code observance
2. Property and liability insurance adequacy
3. Rental agreement formulation
4. Management by generally accepted accounting principals
5. Financial soundness
